Syntax: a whole number from 1 up
Causes Webinator to timeout after the specified number of seconds
during each page fetch. This includes the time to lookup the IP
address of the host, make the connection to the server, and download a
single page. A timeout does not cause the entire process to
quit. That page is just skipped and considered unavailable.
