Syntax: an HTTP URL
This is only used, and is required, if the ``Rewalk Schedule'' is ``On Change''.
Webinator
will check every 15 minutes for changes. If the web server supplies
a modified date that will be used to determine change. If the web server does
not supply modified date the text of the page will be compared against the
last remembered version to determine change.
