send - print raw data

SYNOPSIS

<send $values>

DESCRIPTION
send prints each of the $values out as-is, without the HTML escapement normally done with variables.

DIAGNOSTICS
send returns nothing.

CAVEATS
Full binary data is not supported yet (no '\0' ASCII chars).
