Texis license updates (license.upd files) can be securely
applied via the Webinator web interface in Webinator/Texis version 6,
via the Maintenance menu option. There is a new command-line option
for applying licenses as well, --apply-license.
This GUI feature can be disabled (for version 5 behavior) by setting the
conf/texis.ini setting [License Update] User to nothing
(empty).
