Where you are creating your own specialized lexicon of terms, such as
for medical, legal, technical, or acronym laden fields, you may be in
a position to obtain your own digitized compilation of such which
could be of some size.
Rather than starting from scratch, take the digitized file, flatten it
to ASCII, then follow the User Equivalence rules as outlined in the
previous sections to edit it into the correct format.
