LINGUISTIC ISSUES

• Can Texis search data in languages other than English? Does it handle the ``accented'' characters of Spanish or French etc?
• Can Texis index multi-byte languages (Chinese, Japanese, etc.)?
• Does Texis do ``stemming''? How about in other languages?
• Does Texis have a thesaurus capability?
• Does Texis search noise words (such as ``the'' or ``is'' etc.) ?
