LINGUISTIC ISSUES

• Can Texis search data in languages other than English? Does it handle the "accented" characters of Spanish or French etc.?
• Can Texis index multi-byte languages (Chinese, Japanese, etc.)?
• Does Texis do "stemming"? How about in other languages?
• Does Texis have a thesaurus capability?
• Does Texis search noise words (such as "the" or "is" etc.) ?
