Wipe todo list (-wipetodo)

Syntax: -wipetodo

Wipes out the list of URLs that still need to be walked. These may be left over by an interrupted walk or a walk that reached it's page limit. Normally when you restart gw after it has been interrupted, it will pickup where it left off in the todo list. This option will clear that list so you can walk something new without going after the unwalked pages.
